I recently arrived in the UK and will be here for the next week – first up in Edinburgh and surrounding areas for a couple days, and then down to London. If you have any tips for me while I’m here, let me know – it’s my first time here and my schedule is flexible! It should be a cool, damp trip, so here’s what I packed:
- Waxed cotton jacket
- Navy overcoat
- “BlazerSuit”
- 3 oxford shirts and 3 sport shirts
- Chinos
- Comfortable denim
- Longwings
- Waterproofed boots
- Shetland sweater
- Scarf
- Leather gloves
- Cashmere hat
I also brought a lightweight, packable rain shell (in case the weather gets serious) along with a couple tees. Hopefully that does it!
