San Francisco is always a few months behind when it comes to summer weather; this year appears to be no different as yesterday was the first hot day after a cool August. The mild SF weather has never really bothered me, seeing as I enjoy my hot days like many others of Irish decent: at a distance and from the shade.
Others may be pulling out their tweeds and flannels but I’m a bit behind (or ahead, if you count the past two months…). To me, summer wear is all about simplicity. Why make it complicated? Nail the fit and let the rest just fall into place.
